Almond and custard cream pie: the beautiful dessert to try

Ingredients:
200 g flour 00
1/2 teaspoon of salt
70 g butter
70 g powdered sugar
1 egg
Almond cream:
100 g butter
100 g granulated sugar
100 g almond flour
2 eggs
20 g flour 00
Custard:
4 yolks
100 g granulated sugar
35 g corn starch
500 ml Milk
800 g strawberries
Directions:
1. Shortcrust pastry: mix flour with salt and butter. Then add powdered sugar and egg. Form a homogeneous dough and leave it in the fridge overnight.
2. Roll out into a loaf in the mold and let it rest in the freezer.
3. Almond cream: mix the butter with the sugar, then add the almond flour, eggs and 20 g of 00 flour.
4. Custard: mix the egg yolks with sugar and starch. Then add the hot milk and let it thicken on the heat.
5. Bake the base at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.
6. Then fill with the almond cream and bake another 20 minutes.
7. Finally garnish with custard and strawberries.
